functional specs

How do you get functional specs when you are assigned some object? (specs through email..??)

Hi,

Many ways are followed.

For example.. the Spec is kept in Repository (Lotus, etc) and the Ticket Number is assigned to you.. You will get spec from repository.

some times the common Shared folder will have the Spec stored. and by ticket number you can start working.

Also specs are sent by email by yout co-ordinator, in case you don't have the access to the Common Repository / Common shared Folder.
