Functional location Task lists Header/Operation Mass Upload

Hello experts,

I am using LSMW to upload Functional location Task lists Header & Operations in T-code IA12, for this i am using the Standard program IBIP (Object -> 480).

All required fields are in the standard structures apart from Operation QM Data, Recording view -> ERFSICHT & Inspection point Completion -> QPPKTABS (see attached screen shot).

Should i upload these 2 fields in different way ?

Hi Soufiane,

We did IBIP lately on our project. I believe you have to assign multiple files in the assign step of LSMW.

However, i tried to simulate your screen in our system but i am getting a different. here is the one i got.

Are you getting the same ?

Thank you for help, strangely i'm not getting the same screen as you, i'm getting the screen in my first post.

Actually you are not in the good screen, to have the screen that i'm talking about you have to select an operation in IA12 T-code, click on Operation menu at the top of the screen and select QM Data so that you will reach the expected screen.

Hi Soufiane,

Please try find those two fields in your LSMW structure.

If you can find them, you only need get the value for this two fields, don't need upload the long sentence

(Single values and summarized results), In DB they will have the key value, find the key value.

The table TAPL can usefully for you.

Sorry I don't get the same screen with you.
