function that bring seniorty

hallow

i wont a function that calculate seniority in month

but take care if employee leave work and accepted after a while

example if employee work from year 01.01.2000 until 01.01.2001

12 month

and work also from 01.01.2005 until 01.6.2005

the seniority 6 month

<b>together is 18 month</b>

this is what i wont

i find function hr_seniority but if employee work more then 99 month the function don't bring it
