function module to get the structure for purchasing org

from ekko table purchasing org & purchasing group can be identified .know i have to compare these values in the global purchasing org (transaction PPOME) and first find the Plant org structure and then match the Purchasing group to the Position . From there it can find the user id. The notification will need to be sent via SAP Mail to the user id for the Buyer.

How can we get the purchasing org structure using function modules.or the structure values will be stored in table.

The purchasing org and purchasing grp can be found in T024E and T024 table.
