Function Module to Create New PIR automatically?

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to create New PIR automaticall. can any one suggest how we can achieve this.

One way is to create a program, call a FM (if any) to create the PIR and then we can schedule them in background.

But we do not have any standard function module which can be used in this case.

Could you please help me with this?
