Function module for providing range of values

Hi,

Can anyone provide information on whether there are any function modules that would give a popup screen for Supplying range of values for a particular field on screen(something like select options)?This has to be used in dialog programming.

It should also have F4 help functionality if the screen field is a field from custom table or standard table.
