hello experts,
iam creating a table maintenance generator...before that i created function group when i assigning the function group in the field and clicking on create table table maintenance...getting an error
FUNCTION GROUP CANNOT BE PROCESSED

hi sudheer ,
it is due to the inactive version of the function group so please activate the fg in SE80 and try again it will works..
for activateing ...go to se80 give the fg name choose display-right clich on the fg>activate..

do not create the function module before. Just enter a name in the FM group field and let SAP do the rest.

A function group is by default Active after saving it??!! So maybe some function modules have been created as well??

Hi All,

Hi Herwin,
When you are trying to activate function group, it will show you a list of objects to be activated. In that select all the objects related to teh function group(an include will be there) and then click on activate.
If ZTEST is the function group name, you need to activate the ZTESTTOP include also along with the function group.
