FTP_COPY FM error

i am using the FTP_COPY Function module. in this FM there are 4 inpu parameter

now i want what is the i/p we give.

HANDLE_SOURCE ==> 1

HANDLE_DESTINATION ==> ?

FILE_SOURCE ==> "

FILE_DESTINATION ==> SAP or FTP.
