Freight Cost using TK11 upload program?

Hi Team

can any one explain, how to use this "RV14BTCI" program for Application 'F'. i was looking some threads on SCN. I thought till now SAP has implemented this thing as well in this program.

I also tried "BAPI_PRICE_CONDITION" but not getting the way to pass "Departure zone" and "Destination zone" . no structure for condition tables.

Pls Share your Experience, Any help will be appreciable.
