FORM & ENDFORM inside a user-exit

Hi,

I am working for PAYEXT user-exit (ZXF08U04). Inside this I am trying to write a perform statement and when I try to dbl-click the perform statment so that the from and end-form appears (as is the case in report developments)... it just takes me to the top of the page. Can anybody pls. guide how to insert FORM & ENDFORM in this user-exit ?
