hi all,

I have to do a report for form16 ?? is it a report or do we have to develop a sap script or is there any SAP standards is there .,?

1. For India Form 16, there is a standard report

Hi again,

1. The sapscript behind it is HR_IN_TAXF16000Y

(HR*16) in se71.

2. The standard program with the standard layout,

fits the indian requirment.

3. In the selection screen, we just have to enter the

year, company code and other details,

and the program will give the output in form 16 format.

(Some HR consultant on your side must be knowing this)

4. We cannot develop such layout/report

like form 16, which is based on payroll results,

right from scratch. Its very very difficult.
