Hi,

no standard FM/BAPI will allow you to update VBUK-GBSTK to  "C'" direclty.

This represents the overall processing status of the sales document or subsequent document.

if the value of VBUK-GBSTK = 'C', then the sales order is closed.

Check with SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE, not sure about your requirement. I will suggest check for some exit or BADI if you want to modify only one field value.

Also explain more about your business requirement.

Insure your requirement (are LIKP status correct for what you want to do?) If the status is an error, look for OSS notes or raise an incident to OSS?

Else look at samples provided by SAP in notes like 79210 - Correction program: Delivery item poss. w/o status and 506510 - Correction report: Status in the delivery. Even if those reports are old, they can give you some hints. Also they are mentioned in 1475784 - Delivery header status is not consistent with item status recently updated .

Dear Sandip ,

VBUK-GBSTK is updated by system in different case some are shown Below .

1 PGI done after inbound delivery

2 Short Close Sales Order Duse to Some Reasons .

Please ask SD Consultant in what case he want to change the status .

For Case 2 Please use FM SD_WF_ORDER_REJECT

                                        With REASON_FOR_REJECTION .
