Fiori launchpad access

BASIS admin sent me link for accessing FIORI but it doesn't work, and the tcode /ui2/flp results function not possible

how to access fiori?

Pls try with /n/ui2/flp in your GUI and share the screen shot of web page which will be open, once you enter this in transaction code!

BASIS consultant said I should access fiori launchpad from remote server and sent me its IP,, what to do now?

Normally, Your lauchpad may have URL like this:
http://{IP_ADDRESS}:{PORT}/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/{YOUR_LAUCHPAD_APP}/index.html.

If you have the Fiori URL, then access it by web browser e.g. Chrome etc

If you have any issue on viewing this webpage, please capture the error and get back to this forum

If you have checked with all necessary security permission with basis team then TCODE /n/ui2/flp works.
