Find query name

Hi

There is a query made earlier thru SQVI in QAS. I know the program name which got generated but don't know the query.

Now i want to create a query in DEV which should be same as the one in QAS.

How can i find out the query name through the program name generated. So that i can make a fresh query in DEV.

Helpful answers will be rewarded.

hi Varun,

pls. use FM RSAQ_DECODE_REPORT_NAME, as import parameter you only enter the generated program name and you get back all information you need.

it shows me

USERGROUP SYSTQV000008

QUERY ZFRC

CLIENT 410

But this user group does not exist. I've searched in SQ03 but no result.

Does this mean this is showing wrong results.

Hi,

No it is showing the correct results, you are creating query through SQVI transaction. Dont bother about the group while creating the query through SQVI. Goto your quality and check for the query.

Hi Bujji,

Yes its created thru sqvi. But how shud i be able to see the query.

As when i go in sqvi it shows query for that particular user only to which the login belongs.

I don't know the name of the person who created that query.

How to find that query now?. I want to make a copy of that query in DEV.

But i have made it based on understanding of the program.
