Hi Friends,

How to find out a generated ABAP program for transaction UPSPL.

when user executes UPSPL, it generates the one ABAP program. How to find out the corresponing program name.

It is very urgent for me.

Please help me.

You can find out program name - > goto SE93 -> enter UPSPL Transaction code -> click on display .

Here program name is : UPB_PM_CUST_START

Keep the cursor on program -> double click -> it will go se38 transaction.

This program contains include INCLUDE UPB_PM_START_ADMIN.

within include there are few transactions,depend upon req it will show program name:

there are few transactions : UPBPL,UPIPMD and so on

Thanks for ur quick reply.

I followed ur steps. I can see diffrent functions.

Actullay in the developemnt system we got report name: GP43FOKDF6HBML0GQNU7VSY8JC2 for UPSPL transaction.

I find out this program name in the ST22(we got short dump in the ABAP program when we executes UPSPL tranaction in the Developement system)

When we execute the UPSPL transaction in the Quality system. It runs without any error messages.

I need the ABAP program generated in the Quality system. So that i can compare both programs.

How to find out similar program in the Quality system.

Please help me.

I followed same steps in the Quality also. I couldn't find out the relevant program name. Even in develoement also i couldn't fidn the exact one.

In the developement i got Program name GP43FOKDF6HBML0GQNU7VSY8JC2 this one in the st22(Because we got short dump, that'swhy it shows the program name). But in the Qulaity system it is executed without any errors.

How to find out the correcr program name in th eQuality system similar to Devlopemnt program(GP43FOKDF6HBML0GQNU7VSY8JC2).

Please help me.

Hi sg,

Just keep the break point in include - UPB_PM_START_ADMIN

program upb_pm_cust_start .

TYPE-POOLS upbpm.

data l_new_logic type upb_y_pm_flag value upbpm_on.

if l_new_logic = upbpm_on.

perform pm_start using sy-tcode.

exit.

endif.

case sy-tcode. -> please keep break point here.

Now run ur transaction code and see what is sy-tcode at your case.

take that transaction code and see program name in SE93,or just use sy-repid in debugging.

You can find out program name or Transaction code if you know either Transaction code or Program name :

Just use Table TSTC

When you see the table at SE16 ->

UPSPL -> program name is UPB_PM_CUST_START

When you see the program -> UPB_PM_CUST_START -> within this program they are calling diffrent transaction depend upon requirement.

I did not have data at my system otherwise i could explain.

if you know program name -> goto SE38 -> enter program name -> click on where used list button -> you get pop up window -> here select Transaction code

-> it will display corresponding program name

other way goto se80 -> enter program name -> UPB_PM_CUST_START -> below you can see list of transactions

Try this.

Execute the transaction, go to the menu option, system->status. There we can see the program name.
