FInancial Document Number

Hi experts,

I have Controlling document Number from COVP and i need to get Financial Document number.

Plz let me know Which table i have to check for that.

i know the transaction names but i need table to get that.

Plz help me its urgent

Hi

Try with st05 (sql trace) with that transaction.

You can get the tables and fields related to that tcode.

COBK-BELNR is the Document number

but what is the flow from Finance to this CO document?

give the flow, it will be known?

Wwere from you

come/enter to this CO document View.

I feel it is not a must that every CO document will have a correcponding Fi docuement.

Be clear with the flow and requirement.

Thanks for immediate response.

My requirement is i'm working on transaction level detail report for OPEX.

here i'm get the data from COVP View (COBK COEP) and some other details from other table and displaying the report.

Here when the user press on document number it has to call FB03 transaction with that Doc #.

But the document number i'm getting from COVP is Controlling document.but the document number which needs to be given in the FB03 is financial Document.

so how to get that.

check COBKs

The reference document is that which generates the CO document. The reference document number is determined according to document type:

Reference document type A: number of the settlement document

Reference document type F: number of the financial accounting document

Reference document type K: number of the cost accounting document

Reference document type R: number of the accounting document

Reference document type F appears only in documents posted before Release 3.0. As of Release 3.0 an accounting number is also generated for financial accounting documents and the reference found using reference document type R.</b>
