I need to attach a file to a purchase requisiton from

within a Web Dynpro application. Is there an R3 function

that accepts as a parameter a binary file?

Most functions I see require a full pathname.

I don't have access to the pathname.

All I have is the binary file that needs to be attached to the requisiton.
