File could not be opened

Hello SAP Gurus,

Need your help desperately!

We are running RFEBKA00 in Production systems.

We are getting the below Error

File sr/sap/interfaces/EIB/TRE/BankStatementUpload/FTA_ could not be opened.

Can anyone of you help me please!

Add a forward slash at the beginning of the file name:

"/sr/sap/...."
