run the program RSMODPRF.
give your data element name in that if it exists it will go to the FM else it will create a FM.
or run the same program without giving any selection criteria search your data element in the list.

Hello Rajesh,
Field exit exists in 4.6C and later it was made obsolute even though it is available but SAP doesn't encourage it.

Check the Program RSMODPRF.
For field exits in R/3 4.6C, execute transaction CMOD. Then type PRFB in the command field.

go to se 38 and just execute the program RSMODPRF without giving anything on the selection screen..it give u the list of the Field exits which r currently there in ur system..
