Although via su24 is not showing that this transaction is not requesting HR Master Data as an authorization object to be checked. I attempt to give this to a Finance user and find that it is requesting for me to give them M access to P_Orgin which I don't believe conforms to sox compliance. Can anyone shed some light for me on this. Thank you.

Are you sure P_origin is not coming from another transaction. The only object to be maintained for transaction FCH6 is F_PAYR_BUK.

This file apparently is trying to clear the checks from a file that has payroll checks

Run ST01(trace) to find what are all the authorization objects being called.
