failed for write to logon ticket cache

I am getting the following error in Trace file

      • ERROR => HmskiInsertTicketInCache: IctCmOpen failed for write to logon ticket cache (IctCmOpen returns 26). [ssoxxkrn.c 241

We use SSO with LDAP. Does anyone know why I am getting this error, and how to fix it?

I noticed SAP note 604003 mentioning that return code, but it is 4 years old already so unlikely to be the cause / solution.

Sorry, I have to pass on this one.
