Facing syntax error while implementing ATC Note and creating object provider

Facing error while create object provider in ATC central system.

Upon checking below program is having syntax error in satellite system.

When trying to de-implement and re-implement the note 3073128 which may be causing the program error again showing red flag.

Please assist if anyone has faced similar issue.
