F4 Search Help - Customize

Guys, for the materials search, in the standard F4 search screen, can we add any buttons on the screen? I think it is not possible but, i just need to confirm.

If not, can we add hyperlinks in the seach results and upon clicking on it, we would like to open a new window.

What the user wants is to see the field "PO Text" search results and upon either clicking on the link or double clicking on it, he would like to see the actual text.

I hope what i have said makes sense

I don't think it's possible with the standard screens. However, you can overtake the data selection and data display screens with your own custom screens using a search help exit. This should provide the functionality that you need.
