F4 Help

I have created a screen using se51. There is one field called Enquiry_number which is similar to notification number on the screen. I need to create an F4 help for the field so that when we click F4 it should display a screen with input criteria on the screen so that based on the selection criteria the Enquiry numbers will be displayed in the F4 help.

The F4 help should be similar to the F4 help which is used for Iw53 notification number. But instead of three tabs we need to create only tab.
