F1 key Help

When I press F1, help screen pops up, but the screen is blank. Do I need to make any settings in the GUI. Recently I upgraded my microsoft Explorer version, I think since then it is happening.

Please suggest.

Check SAP note 950975.

You will likely need to apply a SAP GUI patch.

Hi All,

I have tried everything possible, the note and the help provided by Microsoft. I even have installed the new SAP GUI 7.10, and still the problem is happening.

Any help???
