F1 help not working

hi,

i came across a weird prob. wen i press F1 on any keyword the help window appears with its right side panel completely blank.the left side panel has all the usuaal display but right side panel is not having any documentation. i tried reinstallin SAP frontend but did not work.

can any one tell me how the issue can be resolved

for others who are workin on this same server, everything is working fine.

finally got the problem solved. had to download a patch.
