What did you already try: e.g. BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST (using 'RFST' for BUS_ACT in recent versions/SP)

Have already tried RFIDPT_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST_ADJ but I do not think so if it works and would like to conform if BAPI ACC DOCUMENT POST works for sure

This BAPI allows the posting of 'Noted Items' in up to date versions of SAP.

(Else look for OSS notes suitable for your current version with keywords such as "BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST" "Noted Items")
