Hi Guys,

I am new to SAP, would really appreciate it if you could help me.. problem: when user tries to export a report to a excel he gets the following error message.

" C:\program files\SAP\FrontEnd\sapgui\XXL\SAP_INT.xlm could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name and verify that the file location is correct". the files didnt exist in above location, searched for the file couldnt find it either. Reinstalled sap gui didnt seem to work. Any suggestion?.. thanks guys

Check whether MS Office Add-ons are installed for SAP GUI. You can check with your BASIS team with your respective SAP GUI version.

Hi,

I think the extension is being given wrong. The File extension shud be .xls instead of .xlm.

Regards,

Himanshu

Hi All,

It has something to do with your SAP GUI. Check with your basis, if you need a SAP GUI 7.1 installer, just let me know through here.

Though this is not that much relevant as well, you might check transaction SO21 as well if the directory indicated there is also existing.

Thanks,

Jun
