Exit before executing any transaction?

Hello...

I need an exit to be called before executing any transaction.

I could use the FM "EXIT_SAPLSABE_010" belonging to the enhancement "S38MREP1". But I can use this only for reports. If the transaction is for a module pool program I could not find any exit which appears before showing up the screen!
