Execution time in SQL trace vs planviz

SQL trace has execution time of 2 secs but respective Planviz has execution time of 300 milliseconds.

Plan viz downloaded from ST12 trace but same ST12 trace says execution time as 2 secs .

Why is this difference between Planviz and SQL trace ?
