Excel to SAP

Greetings. My name is Hong. I'm had some experience in VBA but am entirely new to SAP. Recently I was asked to work with a colleague to fix an Excel macro that uploads data from Excel to SAP.

Here is our problem. After the user does explicit logon to SAP from Excel, the upload function would work only once. When the macro button is clicked for a 2nd time, it prompts "System Failure".

Is this the way it works?

Should I post our code here?

What you are looking for is a custom automated solution that would pick the required Excel spreadsheet and load the relevant data into SAP. We were having the same problem and we ordered a custom solution of [Excel SAP Loader|http://www.excelsap.com/] for our Sales Orders data entry.
