Excel button in ALV

Hi,

My ALV report is displayed well and I can see the excel button (to download to excel).

My problem is that when I click on the excel button, a message says "View cannot be switched: Product is not installed or integration is not active." What might be the problem and how can I fix it?

hi this is a problem with the basis guys you need to contact them or if you want to know just go this site and give this message in the search you will get the answer..
