Hi,

Go to the transaction SWETYPV...then in the menu choose..HELP -> APPLICATION HELP..you will get some documentation regarding this..

when i followed as you told , in my ECC 5.0 iam not getting any help documentation .

is there any "Event-Linkage process programming" which is not related to wokflow ?

Please ask the admin to define the sap library (SR13 transaction), or if it's already done, link it to your user profile (menu help, settings, application help, iwbhelp). If you don't understand how to do it, look at forum.
