is there any report (SU53/ST01) which i can used to identfy authorization issues in the ESS ..

Hi,

The best option for resolving the authorization issues pertaining to ESS/MSS would be the trace functionality.

There is no other report which gives you a better picture than what the trace does as far as my knowledge goes.

Mainly the causes of failure would be

Lack of access to RFC's or Services etc(controlled by S_RFC, S_SERVICE, S_ICF)

Lack of authorizations in P_PERNR(for ESS), P_ORGIN(mostly for MSS), PLOG
