hi all,

pls solve my error. i have done one smartform.at the end it was not printing and showing error :"Device type HP8550 does not support page format.".pls tell a way to lock this problem

It all depends on which format you are using for the form.

Supported formats for HP8550 are:

DINA3      
DINA4      
DINA5      
EXECUTIV   
G_RAW      
INCH11     
INCH12     
INCH2      
INCH4      
INCH4C     
INCH5      
INCH6      
INCH7      
INCH8      
LEGAL      
LETTER     
LINE_21    
LINE_22    
MX-IMSS1   
MX-SHCP

If you have chosen another format, it won't work.

Hi Karthik,

pls chk this ...

1. have u created any Zpage format if yes you need to add that Page format to your Device type HP8550 ...This can be done by using SPAD...T-code .. Or else Ask BASIS Team to do that for You... If You did not create any Zpageformat...then check wht Page Format You are using in Your SMART FORM .
