Error while updating infotype 0008?

Hi All,

I am trying to update the infotype 0008 with waget ype 1230 through program, by using HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION.

For normal colleagues(Basic Pay - 1010) it's working fine.

But for casual colleagues(Basic Pay -1011) It's not working. The infotype is not getting updated.

Please help me in this.

Hi Vijay,

It's giving a message as 'A complex application error has occured'.

When i tried to it with dialog mode '02' it's getting created successfully.

That error is due to,

You have attempted to enter data in the system using a BAPI.

The system has discovered that this data is not consistent. Unfortunately, the exact cause of this inconsistency cannot be determined when BAPIs are used.

The system has rejected the data.

I am using BAPI'S only.

Can you please suggest any alternatives for this.
