Error while creating package via ADT

Hello all,

I just stumbled over an error I get while creating a package via ADT. When ADT is about to add the package to a transport request, the process ends with following error message:

Since I thought it ends with an error while adding the package to a transport request, I tried with a local package, but still no better:

Any clues or hints? I can use ADT and develop, everything is fine (at least as far as I checked), only package creation fails.

System details: Eclipse 2019-09, ADT 3.6, backend 7.52.

Digression:
ADT forces me to name my local packages with TEST at the beginnig, whereas in backend it is sufficient to give a name starting with T. Why the difference? (Sorry for the German text, it comes from backend, it is message 003 from message class SPAK_ADT_PACKAGE_UI.)

EDIT: It's even worse, since the local packages, which are not named according to ADT conventions, can't be added to Favorite Packages in ADT. But you can use them while creating new development objects and access them via System Library.

Best regards

Michał

Thank You for Your answer, Geert-Jan!

I was looking for a note in SAP Support Launchpad, but as i see right now, I was using wrong search terms. (I was focusing on adding a package to a transport request, since that was what I understood from the very first error message.) I just forwarded the note to our administration team. Once the note is installed and everything works fine, I will accept Your answer.

Best regards

Michał
