Error while creating customer master data.

Hi,

I am trying to create customer master record using XD01. I am getting express document error:

"Acct group Sold-to party uses ext. no. assignment. Specify an account number"

I have maintained the external number range from 000000... to ZZZZZZ.... and have also maintained account group.

Hi,

We have to insert user exit related to number range in the program because of that only it is showing error. Insert user exit to avoid error message.

Hello all,

Please review note 445575 on how to adjust the number range, the report from the note can be used to check the BAS number range and then the number range can be adjusted as required in SA01.
