error when uploading an image

Hi

Im trying to upload an image , I get an error : 'TIF file: Erroneous TIF format'

Anybody knows why?

are you using SE78 or RSTXLDMC program.

it is because of Conversion error. I hope you converted BMP to TIFF

or From some other format to TIFF format.

use Proper softwares to convert the format to Tiff format or else use the BMP format.

I tried to convert it into bmp

now the error is 'Bitmap file: No color table available (True Color, Bitcount32)

Open the Image with Paintbrush, click Save as, in Save as Type select (*Tif, Tiff).

Use Program RSTXLDMC to upload the converted Logo.

Open the Image in Pain Brush and Save in TIFF format.

Some freeware are available on NET for convering images to TIFF forma.
