Error when sending email.

Hi,

I have configured the SCOT using the note 455140 so that users can send mail to the Email ids from the SAP System

1.My ICM is running.

2. I have scheduled the job.

3. In SMTP connection Mail host "<hostname of sap>.abc.co.in"

4. In default domain "abc.co.in"

5. RSCONN* job is also scheduled.

When I am sending mail I get this error "No delivery to abcdefgh at gmail dot com, invalid recipient address"

And also for getting this error I have to wait for around 2 hours.

Please guide if I have missed any other configuration.

Hi ,

For external mail means SAP to external systems. Basis people needs to set that environment.

Basis settings are require. Please contact your basis administration.
