Hi Venkat,

Some notes related to the program are

Note 1140436 - CK40N: Jump from material overview appears to be incorrect

Note 1052825 - Costing analysis: Incorrect display of value fields

Note 853273 - CK40N: Analysis results are incorrect

and many more....

Don't you have SAP market place ID ? You need to analyse all the notes properly before applying them. better to get the ID. Your BASIS consultant should have it
