Error on sending an email by SAP (Error code 802 in TCODE SOST)

Hello,

I try to configure SAP to activate the email function of the software but when i send an email by the TCODE SBWP for example, i have an error message in the TCODE SOST :

"No delivery to , receiver not found".

It's the exact message.

The version of SAP is a 4.6c version.

I have configure the SMTP and the default domain in the TCODE SCOT and activate the Virtual host in SICF.

And i want to send external email to an normal email address.

Could you help me please?
