error message in VF03 output

Hi Experts,

While setting output option in VF02 ( invoice printout ) I am getting error for certain invoices ... while looking into the processing log it shows the error message Element NOAUTHORITYCHECK is not available in the container

Transmission medium for this particular output type is 5 External send.

and for some customers while printing output , none of the global varibles are passing to the layout ...

and I debugged and found that in FM Open_form in Options parameter values for stucture ITCPO values are not getting filled

but I am not able to analyse the reason.

Check if the customers which fails have missing mail-address or have another language as communication language.

Hi Roy,

thank u...so much !!

Actually the problem was email Id was not set in customer master... for a particular set of customers it was set, so the output was

comming.
