Error message in user-exit

HI. If i launch an error message in a user-exit, all fields of my dynpro turn protected, so i cannot input any data.

Is there any way i can specify one field for input with that error message so i could correct wrong data like a

chain

endchain.

It depends on the kind of error your are rising...


E --> Blocks all fields...
W --> Gives you a warning
S --> Sends you a pop-up

If your are using error message type <b>E</b>...The answer is no...You can't -:(
