Error Message in table maintanance

Hello All,

I created a customtable and generated table maintanance for that table. But, if I go to SM30 and click on maintain, I am getting this error message ' View/table ZXXXXX can only be displayed and maintained with restrictions'. Anybody can tell me what this means? I have worked on table maintanance before, but never got this problem. somebody please guide me.

Goto theDelivery/maintainance tab on SE11 and choose the option Display/Maintainance allowed.

Hi,

Check for the ZTABLE if there is any MAINTENACE VIEW created for this (SE11 VIEW)..

If so display the view in SE11 and in the tab "Main. status" check if the access if "Read only".

Hi

Goto SE11 give the table name goto change mode

then click on DELIVERY MAINTANCE TAB

then select option data browser/table maintance allowed as 'DISPLAY?MAINTAINCE ALLOWED.

you must change the characteristic in se11 (first tabpage).
