Error in User-Exit Message display

Hi all,

I am encountering a weird situation where a user-exit is called by

1. A Z transaction 2. SAP standard transaction.

I have a message type E in user-exit. When I run a any SAP standard transactions it is working fine but when the user exit is called by a Z transaction message E is executed by error message has not been displayed.

My further analysis shows that this issue is for all other error type also and it is irrespective of the position of the error message within User-Exit.

Any idea what's happening in this situation and what could be possible solution ?
