error in partner profile

hi,

i am transferring data from one system to another one.

the Outbound delivery was successfully created,Butit can not be changed.

means in VL02N transaction ,after giving the delivery no.-it showing an error message:'Delivery not current,Synchronization not yet complete'.

i have checked the Idoc has been sent and receive properly.

while on sending system also-in vl02n transaction,it showing an error message-'A idoc was sent to partner system and has not been synchronsed'.

can any one guide me?
