Hi Tayyah,

"/" is the default NO DATA symbol for batch input. That means fields with "/" as content shall never be transferred to screen fields; those screen fields are left untouched.

Look at your special batch input methodology and read the corresponding help documents.

If this does not help, please give us a comprehensive description on how and what you are doing.

Regards,

Clemens

Thank u clemens for ur response.

i m umploading some financial documents . I did never get this error in 4.7, bt in ecc 6, i m facing this issue. i m not using BBSEG-PRODPER in my batch imput.

If i execute the same upload using direct input, no such error arises, but due to huge line items, direct unput is not possible. In batch input, during creation of batch, system give me this message.

Please guide me how can i avoid this.

Hi Tayyab,

although the description does not refer directly to your error, please check the notes

Note 1293641 - RFBIBL00: Various errors

Note 1171612 - 00 349 'Field BSEG-PRODPER does not exist in the screen &'

Regards,

Clemens

Reason is that BBSEG-PRODPER type is N. In a condition with a C type field (NODATA here), SAP tries to convert NODATA into a number and fails. Probably NODATA is / as Clemens said, it cannot be converted to a number

I saw a SAP note which is about field BBSEG-PRODPER and NODATA, did you check it?
