Error in Idoc

Hi all,

I had a problem in Idoc. I got status as 26. It is saying that It is a syntax error. when I see the status of Idoc i saw this message.

EDI: Syntax error in IDoc (mandatory segment missing)

Diagnosis

The segment E1EDP16 has the attribute 'Mandatory' in the syntax description of the basic type DELFOR01. However, the segment is missing in the IDoc. The segment number logged in the status record identifies the item before which the segment is missing.

This error may have been triggered by an unidentifiable segment before the expected mandatory segment.

Procedure

Please check the IDoc or the syntax description of the basic type DELFOR01 .

so...how can i solve this problem..plz guide me.

If it is a standard idoc without any custom modification, please check if there are any OSS notes.

I have OSS access. but i dont know how i can see this. can u give the procedure how i can see this..plz

If you logon to OSS, you can search for OSS notes. If you cannot find a tab, just enter notes in the search and it should direct u to 'Search for OSS Notes'.

Also please confirm if you are not removing this field in any of your user exits.

What is your sap release?
