Error in activation

Hi,

I have developed one append structure, and saved & activated under my transport request.

one of my collegue tried in his system to activate it.Again when i activate in my system it showing error "The object is also in a worklist for USER"

"Do you want to activate".

But all requests is showing with my name.What is the problem?

There is no problem in that ,both of you might be editing the same program thats why you both have created the inactive version of your own.click on yes the active object will be created and ask your friend to do the same.

It looks like the table has been locked in a request by another user. Use Utilities > Versions > Version Management to check which request it is locked in.

Hi!

If you check you stucture under your collegue's transport request, you'll find that there also.

So now it is attached to you and him both.

When you want to transport it, both of you have to enable the request.

Anyways you can activate it, it is not really an error, just an information message. Just move on with the enter, or choose yes.

Hi

For That object a request was created by the other user

means this object was added in the request created by other user.

You can still add into your task,it will create an extra task under the same request.

Hello,

Did u use SM14 and did : ACTIVATE and ADJUST Data BASE ?

If u do this then ur friend will not get that message.

I have checked in se10,se03 also.This request is created under my transport request , and i have checked in my collegue requests also.This structure is not saved in under his request name.
